To your door

We ship our products using either DHL or UPS and aim to despatch all orders the next business day but may on occasion take up to 3 business days.

Where possible, we use a next day delivery service (for mainland UK) but, depending upon availability, delivery may take up to 3 business days.

We include UK shipping for free if you spend £350 or more per transaction.

Other delivery prices and times for items in stock are as follows:

  • UK: £9.99, we aim for next day shipping but it may take up to 3 business days 

  • EU Zone: £15, 3 to 5 business days or quicker

  • USA & Canada: £25, 5 to 7 business days or quicker

  • ROW: £35, 5 to 7 business days or quicker


For foreign and overseas deliveries; please check with with your country's local Customs office as the delivery may be subject to additional costs such as local taxes, import duties or charges, the cost of which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Our delivery packaging materials are fully recyclable and the shipping bags and loose void fill we use are made from 100% biodegradable starch which is fully compostable and breaks down naturally.

If you are making the purchase for a special occasion or moment please let us know and we will do all we can to accommodate special requests.



We hope you don't need to but; if you do need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days via email on to obtain return details.

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, the items must be returned as new, unused and unworn and with all the original packaging intact within 14 days of receiving the return details from us.  You will be entitled to a refund of the price paid for the items but you will not be entitled to a refund for the price paid towards the original shipping cost or for the cost of returning the items to us.  We recommend you return the items via a 'signed for' delivery service as we cannot be held liable if it goes missing in the post.

If the item is faulty, please contact us and see if we can first resolve the issue or fault.  If we are unable to come to a satisfactory resolution, we will of course refund faulty items in full.

We will make refunds for eligible returns within 14 days or sooner from the items being received and having passed inspection.

Please note; we are unable to make donations to our charity partners against any returned items.


Making it right

The automatic movements used in our watches are high quality, robust Japanese movements, renowned for their reliability and accurayc (see what we did there?) and used in the time pieces of many larger brands across the world.

However, we realise not everything runs like clock-work all the time and so, as peace of mind, we provide a 12 month guarantee from the date of purchase for all watches sold.

This guarantee covers the material of the actual watch, any manufacturing defects and the watch movement.

The guarantee does not cover straps and does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, dents, scrapes or scratches to the case or glass, broken glass, marks, stains or discolouring of soft materials such as leathers, plastics, synthetic materials, water ingress through misuse, general misuse of the item or any other deliberate damage inflicted or issues caused as a result of a lack of care.

We will never sell your data.  Ever.

We are committed to holding any information we may need to hold about you securely. 

Our website is hosted by a provider who follows international best practices for site visitor data, implementing data encryption and constantly evolving technologies to ensure your data is secure and also maintaining PCI DSS Level 1 certification, the highest Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

The only data we may collect would be to ensure we can meet our contractual obligations with you.  This data would include your name, address and any contact details that you provide via our website, email or online social presence to ensure we can deliver your purchases to you and answer any queries you may have.

We may use this data to contact you with shipping or purchase updates, marketing and research purposes or offers we may have from time to time etc.  We will not spam you relentlessly.  

We may collect data from your Cookies (small files) that allow us to review website use and tailor your experience on our site.  This allows us to see how our website is used and provide us with information to help us make improvements where necessary.

Our website has links which take you to our charity partners.  Please note we have no control over how they use any information you may provide them with.  Also, any information gathered by our shipping and payment providers such as Paypal or Google Pay, may be held by them to prevent fraud or increase security etc.  This is also outside of our control.
